We are seeking an exceptional Inclusion Lead / SENDCo to join our experienced Senior Leadership Team and play a key strategic role in ensuring that inclusion is at the heart of our school.

The role
As our Inclusion Lead / SENDCo, you will have strategic responsibility for leading, developing and evaluating SEND provision across our split-site school. Working closely with an experienced Senior Leadership Team, you will have the opportunity to build on strong foundations while continuing to develop a highly effective, inclusive and ambitious SEND offer.
